Vendor Qualification Requirements for Facilities Management Service Providers
BGIS uses ComplyWorks in Canada and Avetta in the US as its Supplier Qualification Management System provider to mitigate risk by using qualified vendors. ComplyWorks and Avetta will help suppliers store and maintain all required qualification compliance documents such as insurance (commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, professional errors and omissions coverage), BGIS signed terms and conditions, HSE, and WSIB/WCB/CSST in one central location.
Once you’ve read through our policies and expectations, complete the application for the opportunity to be added to our database of potential suppliers. If you are interested in providing services in support of our Public Works and Government Services Canada contract, close this window and scroll up to the previous section to read more about working on our PWGSC Account.
Prior to the delivery of service, all BGIS service providers must agree to and sign the Terms and Conditions that apply to them:

BGIS believes supplier diversity is an important contributor to our corporate mission of ensuring that we are being inclusive in our supply chain practices. We achieve this goal by providing organizations, which are at minimum 51 percent owned, controlled and managed by historically underutilized groups with an equal opportunity to become suppliers. Our Supplier Diversity process recognizes certified visible minority, aboriginal, woman, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and, where applicable, veteran-owned businesses. We also consider small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in our supplier diversity evaluation process.
