BSM provide full 24/7 M&E maintenance services to all landlord and common areas of the park. The site is fully occupied by various tenants and BSM provide fully comprehensive maintenance to both planned and reactive services across all 12 buildings located within the park. We provide the site with two full time engineers who are supported by visiting mobile engineers and specialist subcontractors and service partners.
Making up part of our commercial portfolio is Croxley Park. Set in 75 acres of mature green parkland, Croxley Park is a well-connected hub, relaxing haven and thriving business community which is home to both multi-national and start up companies and over 2,500 employees.
