Building Services Maintenance secure new contract with University of Oxford

Building Services Maintenance have been awarded the contract for planned and reactive maintenance of combustion plant and associated at University of Oxford, one of the most recognised and oldest seats of learning in the world.

Having been ranked first in the world in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for the last 7 consecutive years, we are delighted and honoured to have been selected for this contract which was awarded via a competitive tender process.

The contract is over almost 150 properties across Oxford and incorporates over 650 assets which we will adopt and care for via a hybrid approach of both static and mobile maintenance team application.

The opportunity will incorporate 24/7/365 support for emergency and reactive needs, additional planned plant replacements and life cycle extensions where possible to extend the contract based upon performance, maintaining full statutory compliance and a cost transparent, collaborative approach.
