BGIS is committed to building the preeminent technically led integrated facility management services business globally, and a key Region in which we will be focused on making investments and growing is in the United Kingdom and select countries across Europe. BGIS acquired the Optimum Group in late 2020 and we have been actively planning our integration activities and aligning the organisational leadership and reporting structure in order to position our business to deliver an enhanced set of technical solutions to you, our customer. The Optimum Group Services (OGS) team will be formally changing to BGIS Global Integrated Solutions, effective January 2022.
