BGIS' PDS Team Completes Boiler Flue Installation

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest boiler flue installation project. This multi-phase, complex job was handled with precision by our dedicated team.

Here's a quick snapshot:

Phase 1: Detailed CCTV survey and access scaffold erection from the roof.
Phase 2: Safely removal and disposal of the existing flue system.
Phase 3: Installation of the new B23 flue system for two Hamworthy boilers, complying with IGEM/UP/10 Edition 4 and the Clean Air Act. Horizontal installation included bolted flange joints, gaskets, and multiple drain points.
Phase 4: Testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance and safety.

This project showcased our team’s ability to handle complex installations and adhere to stringent regulations. We are proud of the meticulous planning and execution that led to this successful outcome.
