BGIS is excited to announce a significant new partnership with Great Portland Estates (GPE), set to enhance their distinguished portfolio of properties across London. Starting in August 2024, this seven-year contract will see BGIS providing Mechanical & Electrical maintenance services for GPE’s mixed-use and commercial properties, including notable locations like 200 Grays Inn Road, City Tower, Hanover Square, The Hickman Building, and properties in Piccadilly. Additionally, BGIS will support GPE’s expanding development pipeline and their Fitted and Fully Managed workspaces.
As part of this dynamic partnership, BGIS will deploy our state-of-the-art Artificial Maintenance Intelligence (AMI) platform. AMI is designed to optimize operational and energy efficiencies, which will be crucial in supporting GPE’s ambitious Net-Zero Carbon initiatives. This technology will also aid in creating superior work environments for all employees and customers of GPE, aligning with their commitment to sustainability and excellence.
Liam Kenny, Senior Technical Services Manager at GPE, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration: “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with BGIS, and look forward to collaborating with their team to ensure our London portfolio meets the highest standards for all our customers. Their impressive client base and experience in driving operational and energy efficiencies for commercial properties will help us continue to deliver best-in-class sustainable workspaces across the capital.”
This partnership not only highlights BGIS’s expertise in managing high-profile commercial properties but also reinforces our role as a leader in implementing cutting-edge facilities management solutions that prioritize sustainability and efficiency.
