BGIS Secures Three-Year Partnership with Leading Managing Agent for MEPBF Services in London

BGIS is delighted to announce that we have been successful in securing an exciting new contract with a leading Managing Agent across 8 properties in London one of their prestigious portfolios.

BGIS will provide industry leading MEPBF Services for an initial period of 3-years whilst utilising Smart Building Platforms and BGIS’ Remote Command Centre in transitioning to a data-led service model that focuses on asset performance, energy optimisation, and building performance, to enhance customer experience across the entire properties.

Mobilisation of the account has been a huge success, and a 100% TUPE rate means we are looking forward to developing our BGIS team members as they begin their careers with us.
